Students' Feedback on Classes

The Community's feedback on Classes

1st : Ntombikhona Zindela - Had this to say [The first day of my learning program ,i was like crazy because i was

afraid of everything that was in front of me even the cyber to.I
started by writing a test i was  shaking in every move i was doing but
i pass the test.

The second day when i was about to do rapid typing  i was  afraid  of
touching the computer thinking everyone was  going  to see that it was
my first day touching it but i was laying to myself .I did  rapid
typing about  four days than i got used to it ,After that idid  the
micro (ms) word  interface  where  there  were different things inside
it like  home page, insert, page layout, and many more,it was  not
that difficult because i understand it well.

The other things that  i did basically on the computer ,I learnt about
(MS)  word e-filing where  i was  writing my name and save it  and
editing it.The other days i learnt about  creating and formating a c v
and a cover page  it was very difficult than i thought . on the
internet  i started  by reading a book  which  talks about  how to
research the information on computer .last but not list i learn about
how to send  and receive  an email .LEARNING ABOUT COMPUTER IS NOT
THAT HARD BUT IT NEEDS YOU TO PAY MORE ATTENTION.By the way thanks to
the cyber Mthokozisi Magubane .]

2nd :
BONGILE OCTAVIA MADLALA
[I was thinking that the computer is something difficult to use it but it easy and enjoyable.

What I have learnt :
Now I know how to open and close the computer. When typing use all fingers. Formatting my letter or any thing I’m writing to get attractive putting pictures. Now I know to create an email different between hard ware and software. A lot of things I have learnt.

I didn’t get a problem when I had my studies cyber was good He got time to explain. I was happy in my class I enjoyed.

The course helps me a lot now I can make a c.v. by my own. I can apply from the computer by using an email and I can check job by going to internet.

And the best thing I can apply for a job because now I got computer skills.]

3nd : Nosipho Jiji : [I ALWAYS THOUGTH USING A COMPUTER WAS THE HARDEST THING IN THE WORLD.WHAT I’VE LEARNT IS THAT IF YOU ARE USING A COMPUTER, FIRST YOU MUST RELAX.WELL THE FIRST TIME I CAME TO START MY CLASSES,CYBER GAVE ME A BOOK SO THAT I CAN KNOW MORE ABOUT A COMPUTER.
HE TOLD ME TO WRITE A TEST WHICH WAS BASED ON IT.WELL IN THAT TEST YOU HAD TO GET 20 OR ABOVE. I PASSED THAT TEST BECAUSE I GOT 28 WHICH WAS THE HIGHEST MARK. THE NEXT DAY I STARTED DOING MY NEW LESSON (RAPID TYING).WHEN YOU DOING A RAPID TYPING YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE USING YOUR ALL FINGERS. THE THIRD LESSON WAS MICROSOFT INTERFACE.
THAT LESSON HELPED ME BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO TYPE MY CURRICULUM VITAE AND COVER PAGE IN ONE DAY. MS E-FILLING WAS VERY EASY BECAUSE I HAD TO SAVE ANYTHING I LIKE IN MY DOCUMENTS. FORMATTING AND EDITING I ENJOYED DOING IT, I WAS ABLE TO TYPE IN DIFFERENT STYLE,SIZES AND USING COLOURS. USING AN INTERNET WAS VERY NICE AND FUNNY AT THE SAME TIME. WOW! I CAN EVEN SEARCH ANYTHING WITHOUT ASKING FOR HELP.
I CAN NOW PROVE THAT USING A COMPUTER IS LIKE USING YOUR CELLPHONE. ALL MY LESSONS WERE VERY EASY. THESE CLASSES HELPED ME A LOT.]

I’m so happy, infact I’ve never been so blissful in my life.

Since I started computer classes at Malangeni Public Library, each
lesson I learn’t something new. Though I thought I knew the computer.

Just to highlight few I’ve learnt: In B.C.S workbook I learnt  the
mouse keys, dragging, ect. Rapid typing to be honest was really
challanging, but thanks to the Cyber for being patient enough. In my
all lessons there is none I enjoyed as MS Word interface. I discovered
lots during it, like page borders, word arts, review buttons/tabs,
etc. I learnt a lot.

Using a computer makes life easier, I learnt how to edit and format MS
word documents, type a C.V in an attractive & organized way. Creating
cover pages and inserting pictures and watermarks.

Then I came into the online world. It was amazing!! I learnt the
things I thought were minor things such as: the meaning of a search
engine, the ancronym WWW in full and URL (Uniformed Resource Locator)
these things I never bothered my self to know what they may mean all
what I knew was that they existed and usefull.

Lastly I learnt about an email adress, it was so cool, learning the
easy way of communication with friends through computers. I have
learnt  a lot, I would love to thank the cyber for being patient
enough.

Thank you.
